What couples usually ask before the wedding.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests scan your digital QR link (or optional printed cards) and use their phone browser.
Can guests use iPhone and Android?
Yes. MyMemori works on iPhone Safari and Android Chrome.
What counts as one upload?
One upload means 1 photo or 1 video. Guest wishes and messages do not count toward the upload limit.
What do we get after paying?
Your digital QR link, event upload page, guest photo and video uploads, guest wishes, and a private organizer dashboard to view and download everything. Printed QR cards and the album are optional add-ons.
How long can the organizer download after the event?
Organizer dashboard access is the period after the event when you can view and download guest uploads — 30 days on Basic QR and Standard, or 60 days on Premium. Extra dashboard access does not extend the guest upload period.
Are printed QR cards included?
No. Every package includes a digital QR link. Printed guest QR cards are optional add-ons (up to 500 pcs for +RM49, or up to 1,000 pcs for +RM99).
Is the event private?
Yes. Only guests with your QR link or cards can add uploads. Downloads stay on your private client dashboard.
